Moving a piano requires precision and experience, and they clearly knew what they were doing. They carefully protected the piano, navigated tight spaces without any issues, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it.

I had a baby grand piano moved and the 2 movers, Mike and Rodney were amazing. They were knowledgeable of my piano from taking it apart, moving it, and putting it together again at the new residence. Not only that, I didn't know how I wanted the piano placement and they knew exactly how to get the ambiance of the room I wanted.

These guys were pros with the piano that’s for sure. Two different teams on two different days to help us move our piano out and back as we had carpet installed. They were professional and knew their stuff. I wish they were a little less expensive as both trips out took only about 40 minutes, but peace of mind was worth it.

We had a motion sofa and oversized buffet to hoist to second floor. Tyler was very attentive and responsive to my calls and text. When they arrived they realized the process was going to require creativity given the location and weight and size. They had to use a manual hoisting lift. A team of 7 people led by Tyler worked together to make it happen. They wrapped each piece in a blanket and plastic.

I had been told previously by another company that it could not be moved without damage given its location (upstairs) ..Eric and his team were wonderful to work with. Grand Moving is a FIVE STAR superb moving company. Earlier in the week another moving company executed my relocation locally. The experience was a nightmare. At the last moment I forbid them from touching my two pianos - including an 1859 Steinway Square Grand Piano. We were fortunate to locate Grand Moving, who jumped into the move.

First off, Ernie has a fantastic personality on the phone and was very inviting! We needed to move my 86-year-old mom to a one floor residence up the street. Tyler and Mike from Grand Moving moved our piano down some stairs and also a large safe. They did a great job and we could tell they were experienced movers. Great guys. Hard-working, personable, professional and clean cut. And they were reasonably priced. A few months ago we used College Hunks to move some furniture and had a bad experience with some kids who didn't have a clue what they were doing.

The guys from Grand did an awesome job of delivering my piano after it's 1200 mile trip. It showed up in excellent condition like they had just waxed it or something.I was very nervous about having this piano moved from NJ to FL but they did a marvelous job of handling it and getting it to my door. A few weeks ago I called Tyler to arranged a move. We needed him to drive to Orlando to empty the house we sold and to drive some of it to Sarasota and some to St. Pete. The delivery truck showed up reasonably close to on time, considering the distance they were traveling . They were very efficient in unloading, unwrapping and assembling the piano.
